Switch up your daily meal routine with these six tasty lunch ideas.
Canned salmon, avocado, grapefruit sections, onions, beets, and pistachios over a bed of Bibb lettuce.
Toss a chicken breast with strawberries, blueberries, pecans, tomatoes, goat cheese crumbles and spinach. Frozen berries will work too!
Layer sliced chicken breast, black forest ham, and Swiss cheese on a wheat roll. Serve with marinara sauce on the side.
