COVID-19 Update: Click here for details.
Dear Northwestern Medicine Fitness Center Members and Visitors,
We miss seeing you and hope that you are doing well and staying safe. To protect our members, help minimize the potential spread of the COVID-19, and in compliance with the state’s Executive Order to stay at home, the fitness center will remain closed through April 30, or until it is clear that we may safely resume operations.
During these times we are as committed as ever to your health and well-being. To continue being your healthiest self, you need to keep moving. We hope you take advantage of this COMPLIMENTARY workout option. CLICK HERE to access COMPLIMENTARY online group exercise classes.
As mentioned in the communication sent last week, your membership accounts will be handled as follows:
- Monthly membership – You will see no billing in the Month of April. Your May billing will be adjusted to reflect the days the center was closed. Past due amounts or on account charges for the month of March and April will be billed in May.
- Annual membership – Your expiration date will be extended for the number of days the center is closed.
- Accounts that were on a bridge/medical freeze before the center closed - no changes will be made to the account. Your current return date will remain the latter as you had planned, or the date center is scheduled to reopen. If you would like to return sooner than originally planned, just stop by the center to reactive your membership.
We will be monitoring the situation and will notify you as soon as it is appropriate to reopen. Please protect your health and safety by remaining informed and vigilant about washing your hands, limiting travel, avoiding others who may be ill and practicing “social distancing.” Thank you for your patience and understanding.
If you would like to reach us by email, please complete the form below. We will reply as quickly as possible.
