An event every week that begins at 7:00 am on Wednesday and Friday, repeating indefinitely

This class offers meditation techniques for both beginners and practicing meditators alike. Classes include healing meditation, following the breathing meditation visualization, meditation, and mantra meditation. Each class starts with beginning breath work and guided relaxation followed by one of these four meditation techniques.
