A combination of the meditative and detoxifying qualities of ashtanga yoga with the movement and flow of vinyasa. This class practices synchronizing breath and movement, ultimately opening the shoulders, spine and hips, while strengthening the core and upper body. Ashtanga Flow classes may include several vinyasas, spinal twisting and long holds for maximum strength, focused abdominal work and inversions. All levels are accommodated. This is an energizing class appealing to anyone who appreciates a healthy sweat.
