An event every week that begins at 4:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely

A combination of cardio endurance and strength training working the whole body by performing timed circuits with a variety of fitness equipment.  This class is designed to build strength, increase cardiovascular levels and provide a fun interactive boot camp environment!
