An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating indefinitely

Step up your fitness with basic step moves that will increase over all fitness by building strength and flexibility and boosting your cardiovascular strength.  You will conclude your workout with resistance training using weights and core work.  This is a total body workout you don’t want to miss!
