We are now offering American Heart Association Basic Life Support CPR training at Kishwaukee Health & Wellness Center for members.

CPR – or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation – is an emergency lifesaving procedure performed when the heart stops beating. Immediate CPR can double or triple chances of survival after cardiac arrest according to the American Heart Association. Learn CPR through discussion, video and hands-on training.
