In this corner, Hope! Fighting back against Parkinson’s. Rock Steady Boxing is a structured class designed to minimize the effects of Parkinson’s disease as well as improve activities of daily living. Sixty–minute classes are led by certified Rock Steady Boxing coaches and incorporates strength training, cardiovascular exercises, and boxing techniques.

Members: $60/month (in addition to monthly membership dues)
Non-members: $149/month

An Initial Assessment:
Rock Steady Boxing participants are required to complete an assessment prior to participating in the program. The assessment is a tool to gain subjective and objective information about the new boxer. Assessments are used to track changes to the participant’s score over a 6 to 12-month interval.

Registration required for classes. You can register for up to 3 classes per week. Electronic Health History Questionnaire must be completed in person for first-time registration and on a yearly basis. Physician’s approval form is required.
Check-in is required at the front desk before you go to class. Members will have unlimited access to the center. Non-members will have access to these classes only.
Participants must provide their own boxing gloves. You can buy gloves in our FitShop or a sporting goods store.
