Beginning Ballet

Studio B

Learn the principles of classical ballet while having fun! This class will help individuals improve their posture, coordination, muscle tone and flexibility. No prior dance experience needed. Socks or ballet shoes recommended. Max Capacity: 14

Ashtanga Yoga

Studio B

A combination of the meditative and detoxifying qualities with the movement and flow of vinyasa. This class practices breath and movement, opening the shoulders, spine and hips while strengthening the core and upper body. All levels are accommodated.

AM Meditation

Studio B

This class offers meditation techniques for both beginners and practicing mediators alike. Classes include healing meditation, following the breathing meditation visualization, meditation, and mantra meditation. Each class starts with beginning breath work and guided relaxation followed by one of these four meditation techniques.

Therapeutic Yoga

Studio B

A therapy based approach which incorporates sensory techniques into traditional yoga to empower individuals in healing and managing stress. This class provides a deep stretch using yoga straps and is great for beginners, athletes and the avid workout enthusiast alike.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Studio B

A continuous, energizing flow of dynamic postures incorporating breath and movement for a total body workout that improves posture, flexibility and mood.

Core Strengthening Yoga

Includes the practice of yoga postures and breathing exercises to bring peace to the mind and body.

Hatha Yoga

Includes the practice of yoga postures and breathing exercises to bring peace to the mind and body.
