Beginning Ballet

Learn the principles of classical ballet while having fun!  This class will help individuals improve their posture, coordination, muscle tone and flexibility.  No prior dance experience needed.  Socks or ballet shoes recommended.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

A continuous, energizing flow of dynamic postures incorporating breath and movement for a total body workout that improves posture, flexibility and mood.

Restorative Yoga

A slow paced class which incorporates mindful movements and deep stretches in connection with your breath for a total body relaxation.

Pilates

This class is designed to work on a balance of all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement.  Pilates mat is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your everyday movements.

Tai Chi

Slow continuous whole body movements strung together in a form that promotes health, relaxation, and healing.  It brings mind and body together in harmony while enhancing inner strength, agility and better balance.

Basic Yoga

A medium paced class perfect for introducing beginners to foundational postures, complete with breakdowns, modifications and explanations of the benefits of each pose.

Ashtanga Flow Yoga

Studio B

A combination of the meditative and detoxifying qualities with the movement and flow of vinyasa.  This class practices breath and movement, opening the shoulders, spine and hips while strengthening the core and upper body.  All levels are accommodated.

Yin Yoga

Floor postures are held in order to access the deep connective tissues- the tendons, fascia and ligaments.  Physically restores and maintains the natural mobility of the joints.  Utilizing the breath, with mindfulness, will encourage the body and mind to connect.
