Learn the principles of classical ballet while having fun!  This class will help individuals improve their posture, coordination, muscle tone and flexibility.  No prior dance experience needed.  Socks or ballet shoes recommended.

Chair Yoga

A gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or using the aid of chair for support. This class will benefit those with balance issues or anyone who has trouble getting down and up off the floor.

Ashtanga Yoga

A combination of the meditative and detoxifying qualities with the movement and flow of vinyasa. This class practices breath and movement, opening the shoulders, spine and hips while strengthening the core and upper body. All levels are accommodated.
