We are so excited to invite you to our upcoming MyFitRx Open House. Join us for a day of exploration, education and fun as we showcase the incredible offerings here at Northwestern Medicine Kishwaukee Health & Wellness Center.
Do you have a medical condition or need support to be more active? MyFitRx offers 10 specialized pathways to support those with chronic conditions through expert guidance and a supportive environment in person or online. In eight weeks, our certified fitness specialists will help you improve your level of physical activity through a customized fitness plan, fitness assessments and full membership access to our medically integrated fitness center.
During the open house, you will have the opportunity to learn more about MyFitRx and enjoy:
