Is There a Deadline to Register?
You can register at any time but must accumulate enough minutes to reach each camp by Sunday each week to be eligible for the weekly drawing on Monday. For example, if you register at the beginning of week two, you will need to accumulate 300 minutes in that week to be eligible for the week two drawing.
When Does Each Week of the Challenge Begin?
- Week one: Tuesday, September 1 through Sunday, September 6
- Week two: Monday, September 7 through Sunday, September 13
- Week three: Monday, September 14 through Sunday, September 20
- Week four: Monday, September 21 through Wednesday, September 30 (Includes three bonus days to accumulate more minutes and finish strong.)
Do Workout Minutes Carry Over?
Yes. Workout minutes carry over throughout the challenge. If you do not reach the required minutes in week one, you can continue accumulating minutes in subsequent weeks to advance to the next camp and remain eligible for prizes.
What Is the Summit Boost?
The Summit Boost rewards participants with double workout minutes for every LES MILLS™ workout completed through the center mobile app. Try our new LES MILLS workouts, featuring hundreds of on-demand strength, HIIT, yoga, core and other workouts. Be sure to include these bonus minutes when recording your weekly exercise total.
How Will Workouts Be Tracked?
To be eligible for the weekly prize drawing, participants should update the challenge tracking form before closing time each Sunday. A personal tracking form is available for anyone who would like to track their workout minutes throughout the challenge, but it does not need to be submitted.
Is Workout Tracking Based on the Honor System?
Yes. Participants are responsible for accurately tracking and reporting their exercise minutes throughout the challenge. We encourage everyone to participate with honesty and integrity as they work toward the summit.
Will There Be a Progress Display?
Yes. A mountain-themed display will track participants’ progress throughout the challenge.
How Will Progress Be Tracked?
Each participant will be assigned a numbered geotag upon registration. Geotag numbers correspond to the participant’s position on the challenge tracking form and will be used to track progress on the challenge display throughout the month. Fitness Team members will assist with updating participant markers each Monday as climbers advance through the camps.
When Will the Weekly Drawings Be Held?
Prize drawings will be held each Monday following the conclusion of the previous week. Winners will be contacted directly.
How Many Winners Will Be Selected?
Three winners will be selected at each camp milestone. All participants who reach the summit (20,000 feet) will receive an exclusive Reach the Peak Challenge T-shirt*, while supplies last.
