Your favorite fall workout tradition is back. Join us for the most exciting fitness challenge of the year. The Turkey Burn Challenge is a great way to get motivated and stay on track with your fitness goals. It’s also a fun and festive way to celebrate the Thanksgiving season. The Turkey Burn Challenge is open to all members of Northwestern Medicine Kishwaukee Health & Wellness Center, regardless of fitness level. To join this challenge, please register at the Fitness Desk.

How to participate

Visit Northwestern Medicine Kishwaukee Health & Wellness Center from November 1 – 30 for a chance to win 30-minute personal training sessions. Plus receive an exclusive Turkey Burn t-shirt after you earn two feathers, while supplies last.  Here’s how it works:

• Register with a member of our staff at the Fitness Desk.
• Earn a feather for every 5 visits to the center in November.
• The feathers you earn will be entered in a drawing for a chance to win a 30-minute personal training session.
• Three prize winners will be selected and notified by Friday, December 1.
