Join some of Kishwaukee Health & Wellness Center's Yoga instructors and get a little sampler of the different types of yoga we offer!
In this yoga class you will practice breath work, powerful sun salutations, yoga flow and balance work that will transition to core work followed by relaxing meditation.
Work on head to toe flexibility and balance. This class is designed to increase mobility for the entire body and will involve the use of a mat for floor work.
A low-impact yoga flow practiced in warm, shallow water incorporating dynamic standing postures while connecting mind and body with breath. Appropriate for all levels.
Come Experience the benefits of therapeutic yoga and learn more about the body-based approach to healing. We will discuss the neuroscience behind the movements as well as show the evidence proving that healing is taking place. All levels are welcome. If you have your own yoga strap, bring it along!
Yin Yoga is a style of slow-paced yoga that holds poses for longer periods of time than other yoga practices. This style of yoga can help improve your overall well-being.
