Body core exercises that flow together with a focus on strength and stability.  A practice with foundations in yoga, we stay grounded and incorporate yogic postures and breathing throughout class.

Power Yoga

Studio B

This multilevel class balances vigorous Vinyasa flow and longer static holds to build strength, flexibility, concentration and equanimity.  Experienced yogis will be challenged and beginners will be offered modifications for ease.
