Peak Effort

Studio A

This class works in 30-second intervals. Each round will add a new movement, increasing your work time. After all 7 exercises are completed in succession you begin to eliminate one every round decreasing your workload. Challenge yourself to get to the peak of this workout!

A slow paced class which incorporates mindful movements and deep stretches in connection with your breath for a total body relaxation.

This multilevel class balances vigorous Vinyasa flow and longer static holds to build strength, flexibility, concentration and equanimity.  Experienced yogis will be challenged and beginners will be offered modifications for ease.
