A seated or reclining yoga practice focusing on breath work and self-reflection.  Calms the nervous system and brings students into a deep state of relaxation

A combination of the meditative and detoxifying with the movement and flow of Vinyasa.  This class practices breath and movement, opening up the shoulders, spine and hips while strengthening the core and upper body.  All levels are accommodated.

Improve coordination, balance and strength with the use of light bands, balls and light weights.  Chairs can be incorporated.

Beginning Ballet

Learn the principles of classical ballet while having fun!  This class will help individuals improve their posture, coordination, muscle tone and flexibility.  No prior dance experience needed.  Socks or ballet shoes recommended.

A high energy and fun program that involves cardio and Latin-inspired dance.

Yoga Core

Body core exercises that flow together with a focus on strength and stability.  A practice with foundations in yoga, we stay grounded and incorporate yogic postures and breathing throughout class.

Chair Yoga

A gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or using the aid of chair for support. This class will benefit those with balance issues or anyone who has trouble getting down and up off the floor.

This class features a combination of simple yoga moves with some elements of Tai Chi and Pilates.  Unwind while you strengthen your entire body and improve flexibility to music.

Using sitting, standing, and walking exercises, we will work on balance (ability to stay stable) and agility (ability to move quickly and easily).
