The champion cycle proves practice makes progress. This spin class is broken down into three to four rounds of HIIT interval sets. Each round will allow you to practice different positions or drills for hills, flats, and sprints. Finish the last round of class with your best effort of the set of the day and become the champion of your workout. Great for beginners to advanced riders!
