Learn the principles of classical ballet while having fun! This class will help individuals improve their posture, coordination, muscle tone and flexibility.  No prior dance experience needed.  Socks for ballet shoes recommended.

A routine of exercises that will be done standing using tubes with handles or weights.  These exercises will work the entire body head to toe.

Studio B

Body core exercises that flow together with a focus on strength and stability.  A practice with foundations in yoga, we stay grounded and incorporate yogic postures and breathing throughout class.

Peak Effort

Studio A

This class works in 30-second intervals. Each round will add a new movement, increasing your work time. After all 7 exercises are completed in succession you begin to eliminate one every round decreasing your workload. Challenge yourself to get to the peak of this workout!

This class brings the fun of Zumba with increased cardio while adding moves that define and sculpt your core and legs.
