Learn the principles of classical ballet while having fun! This class will help individuals improve their posture, coordination, muscle tone and flexibility. No prior dance experience needed. Socks or ballet shoes recommended.
Each workout will start with a warmup, move onto the main workout and finish with stretching at the end. The muscle focus will vary weekly, repeating every 4 weeks. Appropriate for all levels.
