This class is led by a certified arthritis foundation aqua program instructor and is designed to help increase range of motion and strengthen muscles with a low impact workout.  The water provides warmth and support which can help provide a safe and effective way to exercise the joints affected by arthritis.

Improve coordination, balance and strength with the use of light bands, balls and light weights.  Chairs can be incorporated.

Learn the principles of classical ballet while having fun!  This class will help individuals improve their posture, coordination, muscle tone and flexibility.  No prior dance experience needed.  Socks or ballet shoes recommended.
