This 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout is designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. We will use barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.

Come Experience the benefits of therapeutic yoga and learn more about the body-based approach to healing. We will discuss the neuroscience behind the movements as well as show the evidence proving that healing is taking place. All levels are welcome. If you have your own yoga strap, bring it along!
