This 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout is designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. We will use barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.
A low-impact yoga flow practiced in warm, shallow water incorporating dynamic standing postures while connecting mind and body with breath. Appropriate for all levels.
