Work on head to toe flexibility and balance. This class is designed to increase mobility for the entire body and will involve the use of a mat for floor work.

Aqua Abs

A fast paced cardio workout that focuses on abs. Progressions and regressions are offered making this class practical for everyone.

A-wake

Therapy Pool

Set to music, this shallow water high intensity workout provides a great cardio challenge while tightening and toning the entire body.

Aqua Arthritis

This class is led by a certified Arthritis Foundation aqua program instructor and is designed to help increase range of motion and strengthen muscles with a low-impact workout. Water provides warmth and support which can help with a safe and effective way to exercise the joints affected by arthritis.

Functional Fitness

Studio B

Improve coordination, balance and strength with the use of light bands, balls and light weights.  Chairs can be incorporated.

Beginning Ballet

Studio B

Learn the principles of classical ballet while having fun! This class will help individuals improve their posture, coordination, muscle tone and flexibility. No prior dance experience needed. Socks or ballet shoes recommended. Max Capacity: 14
