Using step moves, you will increase fitness by building strength and flexibility and boost cardiovascular endurance. The workout ends with resistance training using weights and core work.  This is a total body workout you don't want to miss!

Stretch and strengthen the whole body while concentrating on breathing.  These exercises are done on a mat.

A routine of exercises that will be done standing using tubes with handles or weights.  These exercises will work the entire body head to toe.

A therapy based approach which incorporates sensory techniques into traditional yoga to empower individuals in healing and managing stress. This class provides a deep stretch using yoga straps and is great for beginners, athletes and the avid workout enthusiast alike.

A continuous, energizing flow of dynamic postures incorporating breath and movement for a total body workout that improves posture, flexibility and mood.

Work on head to toe flexibility and balance. This class is designed to increase mobility for the entire body and will involve the use of a mat for floor work.
