Starts with a vigorous flow, including strength intervals, all body weight based and balanced to get your heart rate up and your body strong and centered. This is your one stop class for strength, stretch, and bliss.

Beginning Ballet

Learn the principles of classical ballet while having fun! This class will help individuals improve their posture, coordination, muscle tone and flexibility. No prior dance experience needed. Socks or ballet shoes recommended. Max Capacity: 14
