Lose to Win is an 8-week weight loss program designed to improve your overall health and help you reach your fitness goals! With weigh-ins every week, you will be sure to stay on track to reaching your goal. All participants will work with a certified personal trainer through 16 vigorous team workouts. Participants will receive a goodie bag including, a water bottle, SECA Fitness Assessment, and a jacket/pullover. The male and female winners will be determined by the greatest percentage of total weight lost.

PRIZES (male and female winners)
– FIRST PLACE: $250 Fitfunds
– SECOND PLACE: $100 Fitfunds
– TEAM PRIZE: $25 Fitfunds awarded to the team with the best team attendance to team workouts

TEAM RULES
– Each team will have a maximum of 10 participants.
– All participants must weigh-in on the Tanita scale in the fitness assessment room.
– Each team will meet 2x/week with their trainer.
– To qualify for an individual prize, the participant must attend a minimum of 12 team sessions.
– Rankings will be posted each week on board in the Fitness Center.
– The team with the best team attendance will win a prize.

WEIGH-INS
INITIAL: January 3 – 9, 2022
WEEKLY: Participants are encouraged to weigh-in weekly to track progress.
FINAL:  All participants must complete a final weigh-in by 5:00 pm on Sunday, March 6, 2022.

– All weigh-ins will be completed by a Fitness Specialist.
– All weigh-in information will be kept confidential.

DATES:  November 26, 2021 – January 9, 2022
FEE: $250 (House Charge or Credit)
