MG joined Northwestern Medicine Kishwaukee Health & Wellness Center looking for a facility that offered water classes, a walking track and windows that let in natural light. MG also wanted a facility that was very clean.
“I love the Wellness Center. The lap pool is wonderful. Not too cold or warm. The therapy pool water is warm enough to allow me to exercise my aging body while getting good support. Sharon gives me an excellent opportunity for a good water workout,” said MG.
MG has lost weight and inches. MG has also added strength and endurance.
“I keep coming to the Wellness Center because of the classes, wonderful friendly and supportive staff, and for the opportunities to take other classes. I enjoy using the equipment, getting assistance from staff and I even have an fitness assessment every 6 months. These changes have made me feel better physically and psychologically. I am encouraged to continue to set new goals and work toward accomplishing them.”
